Recruiter Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for Physical Therapist roles.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and achieve hiring targets.
- Provide insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
Recruiter Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting methods.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional in-office requirements.
