Recruiting Coordinator Overview
- The Recruiting Coordinator supports talent acquisition processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and efficient recruitment operations.
- Coordinate candidate communications, scheduling, and onboarding processes to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and interview panelists to streamline recruitment activities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools for data entry and process management.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives, managing onboarding for multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Contribute to recruitment event planning and execution, both on-campus and off-campus.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and deliver timely and professional communications to candidates regarding recruitment processes.
- Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and coordinate feedback collection from interview panelists.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during recruitment activities.
Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong skills in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding activities efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
