Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst Overview

  • The Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst supports Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM applications, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement teams to align enterprise systems with organizational needs.
  • Manage master data requests, including Chart of Accounts, supplier, customer, and legal entity records.
  • Contribute to SOX compliance by maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting user access reviews.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials to enhance understanding of Oracle-related processes.

Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and validate master data across enterprise systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Resolve user tickets related to enterprise applications, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Perform monthly data quality checks and lead clean-up efforts to reduce reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain EPM dimensions and hierarchies aligned with Oracle Fusion COA.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher tools.
  • Support SOX compliance by adhering to change control procedures and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist in regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates, documenting results and identifying defects.
  • Track and report service metrics, including ticket resolution and response times.

Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise application support or master data management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including General Ledger and data structures.
  • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and core finance processes.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and Kyriba treasury management systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for data analysis tasks.
  • Oracle Cloud certification and SQL skills are advantageous.
