Human Resources Coordinator Overview
- The Human Resources Coordinator will support various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Training & Development teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Assist in managing employee data, transactions, and reports using Workday and other systems.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Support talent management initiatives, such as performance reviews and development planning.
- Facilitate training programs and compliance tracking to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate processing of HR-related invoices and documentation, including I-9 forms.
- Provide exceptional service and communication to employees and senior leadership.
Human Resources Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage Workday transactions, employee relocations, and immigration documentation processes.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Support talent management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and data audits.
- Facilitate training programs, track attendance, and manage compliance training initiatives.
- Process HR invoices and ensure efficient communication between departments.
- Assist with event logistics, including campus and diversity recruitment events.

Human Resources Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR or project coordination experience; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday, Google Suite, Coupa, and SAP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR processes.
