HR & Talent Coordinator Overview

  • The HR & Talent Coordinator will manage critical HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent management processes.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts, attending events and coordinating information sessions to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee onboarding and training programs for seamless integration.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, scheduling reviews and tracking progress effectively.
  • Provide exceptional support for HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced professional services environment.

HR & Talent Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and attend campus recruiting events, managing schedules and conducting initial interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and background checks for new hires.
  • Manage training programs for interns and employees, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.
  • Maintain HR databases, updating employee records and generating reports as needed.
  • Support performance review processes, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for training and development initiatives.
  • Handle offboarding processes for departing employees, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
  • Assist in the transition to a new office space, providing temporary support for office operations.

HR & Talent Coordinator Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent management; internships considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Greenhouse ATS or Bamboo HRIS preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple assignments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to address employee needs.
