Welcome to #WeAreGreenKey, where we shine a spotlight on the incredible people behind our powerhouse recruiting team.

Todd Gabianelli joined Green Key Resources over a decade ago and is now a Principal of Green Key Pharma. He oversees new business development for our Pharmaceutical Consulting group while leading and managing Green Key’s operations in Chicago, IL.

Gabianelli is committed to developing an industry-leading sales and recruiting team to ensure the acquisition, growth, and retention of long-term client relationships across all of Green Key’s practice areas. We asked him to share a few insights about recruiting in the pharmaceuticals industry.

What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?

As my career developed, I became more interested in developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates and helping them solve some of their most challenging hiring needs.

What sets Green Key apart from other recruiting firms?

Our original founders are still very active in the day-to-day operations of the business, allowing us to make decisions in real time and be extremely nimble for our clients and candidates.

Where has Green Key Pharma provided service that is hard to match in an internal hiring team?

Our focus in Biometrics recruiting has been a huge value add for our clients. Candidate networks and pipelines in the Statistics and Programming area take years to develop and our clients can leverage these networks when they need our help. In some cases, we’ll save them months of time from a sourcing and interviewing perspective.

What are the next steps for candidates interested in expanding their pharma job search?

Connect with me on LinkedIn for regular updates on the positions my team is working to fill. You can also find all of our openings listed on the Green Key jobs board under the Pharma practice area.

It’s Election Day!

At the risk of being Captain Obvious, it’s Election Day. Have you voted?

Unlike any other, this election has seen a record number of Americans casting their ballot days, even weeks before today’s official voting day. COVID-19 made many of us wary of being exposed to the virus, so states took steps to make voting more convenient and to limit the need to visit a polling place.

That doesn’t mean you can’t vote in-person. Just be sure to check where before you head out. This year, your traditional polling place may no longer be available.

If you have a mail-in ballot, some states – but not all — will count your vote if it’s postmarked today. If you’re not sure what the rule is where you live, you can always turn in your ballot at a polling place.

Elections officials nationwide say they expect a record turnout. With the huge number of mailed ballots and pre-election day voting, results could take even longer than usual to be known. In very close races the results may take days or even longer to be known.
