Overview

  • The Inside Sales Representative supports sales activities, focusing on customer onboarding, account management, and service agreement processes.
  • This role requires proactive engagement with customers to meet sales targets and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the commercial outside sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing customers.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, collections issues, and service requests promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to frequent changes and company expansion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support new customer onboarding activities, including account setup and payment processing.
  • Manage account changes, such as service adjustments and container size modifications.
  • Negotiate price increases and facilitate service agreement renewals.
  • Resolve service issues and handle service requests efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Provide accurate information about company offerings to customers.
  • Stay updated on market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets independently.
  • Knowledge of waste management or related industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous.
