Overview

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies for a dynamic organization in the financial technology sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Drive brand awareness and differentiation in the market through innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish brand guidelines and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform brand positioning and strategy.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure brand health and effectiveness, optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Support organizational growth by integrating brand strategies during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful visual and content assets aligned with brand vision.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Define and implement brand architecture guidelines, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with market research teams to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and relevance.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute brand-related projects effectively.
  • Establish and maintain mechanisms for continuous brand compliance throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand development, marketing, or strategy; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy planning and execution within financial or fintech markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Superior project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
