Overview

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in a dynamic industry environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
  • Utilize your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the organization by providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge.
  • Ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software.
