Area Sales Director Overview

  • The Area Sales Director will lead sales efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving revenue growth and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seven-figure quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and industry professionals to build lasting relationships and expand market presence.
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to generate leads, close deals, and achieve record-breaking sales performance.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Territory Sales Managers, fostering professional growth and team success.
  • Represent the client at industry conventions and events, showcasing innovative products and solutions.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and deliver timely reports to leadership.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Area Sales Director Key Responsibilities & Duties

Area Sales Director Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting.
