Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Promote and sell waste and recycling services to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently with commercial clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track leads and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree with proven experience in contract sales and account management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 4 years preferred, in high-volume sales environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
  • Comfortable working on-site and navigating diverse territories effectively.
  • Self-starter with excellent territory planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with NYC’s five boroughs is advantageous for territory management.
