Overview
- Manage sales activities for clinical and hemodialysis products in the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, hospitals, and clinical facilities to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Utilize technical and organizational knowledge to assist customers in applying products to their needs effectively.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and closed deals, using CRM software.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and execute business plans to identify and target sales prospects within the territory.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
- Follow up on leads and referrals promptly, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed professionally.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or operating room environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for data management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and methods, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional North America travel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in sales to surgeons in cardiovascular, vascular, neurological, or microvascular spaces preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to transport and set up demo equipment as required.
