Job Description

Overview

  • Represent the client in a designated territory, driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to grow the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for 6 years.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and resources efficiently.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
