Overview

  • Drive sales initiatives for a cybersecurity services provider specializing in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  • Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients across various regulated industries.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and close new business opportunities for offensive security services.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline targeting SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to scope and deliver penetration testing engagements.
  • Present value-based proposals to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for sales activities.
  • Attend and contribute to industry events for networking and brand promotion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and offensive security concepts.
  • Support organizational scaling through strategic sales and client engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in selling cybersecurity services, preferably penetration testing.
  • Understanding of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Knowledge of offensive security concepts including pen testing and social engineering.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Motivated and quota-driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Familiarity with certifications like OSCP, CEH, or GPEN is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
