Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and communication.
  • Manage sales inquiries, maintain records, and file contracts accurately and timely.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Oversee internal budgets and commissions, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
  • Perform internet research to support sales initiatives and identify potential leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets by handling routine paperwork and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and file sales contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the sales department's budget and commissions, ensuring proper allocation.
  • Perform research to identify potential sales leads and support strategic pitches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
