Job Description

Overview

  • Lead marketing and branding strategies to enhance organizational presence and reputation within the industry.
  • Oversee public relations and communication efforts to align with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement brand strategies in collaboration with leadership and business development teams.
  • Manage the proposal and pre-qualification processes from inception to project award.
  • Coordinate project interview preparations, including presentation materials and leave-behinds.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content creation to enhance online engagement.
  • Plan and manage internal events, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.
  • Maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate corporate gifting and branding initiatives to support business relationships.
  • Lead weekly marketing meetings with the business development team to align strategies.
  • Maintain proposal, project, and personnel records using CRM systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or construction project management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite for developing marketing materials.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead project pursuit teams effectively.
  • Understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Experience in CRM systems for maintaining records and data management.
  • Ability to coordinate professional photography and project marketing initiatives.
