Overview

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue in the commercial construction sector.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.

  • Lead high-value deal negotiations, focusing on contracts exceeding $2M in value.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track progress effectively.
  • Support marketing efforts through event planning, presentations, and social media engagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment, driving organizational success.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and promote organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead comprehensive lead qualification and demand generation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and close deals.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing and analyzing sales pipelines.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience in consultative sales environments with extended sales cycles.
  • Preferred experience in leadership roles and mentoring sales teams.
