Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline to achieve regional sales targets effectively.
- Implement tailored sales and distribution plans aligned with regional market dynamics.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to create and communicate compelling client proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value contracts, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry; 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
