Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced degrees are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive landscape, and business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • Experience with CRM tools, business development software, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership experience at a director level or higher, showcasing strategic vision and team management.
