Overview

- Develop and implement forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance reporting frameworks for informed decision-making.
- Oversee CRM systems, ensuring optimization, adoption, and data integrity across sales platforms.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to achieve revenue objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to address inefficiencies and improve sales productivity.
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights on process and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and refine sales operations strategies, processes, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Lead annual sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota frameworks.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding sales performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the sales technology ecosystem, ensuring CRM optimization and data integrity.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to support organizational revenue goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales operations team to achieve high performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance sales productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales technology platforms.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Six Sigma and/or ISO 9001 certification preferred.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
