Job Description

Overview

  • Lead sales efforts targeting mid-sized healthcare providers, driving operational efficiency and patient care improvements.
  • Focus on originating and closing new recurring revenue opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing to pursue generated leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize consultative sales approaches to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Engage with mid-market healthcare providers, including specialties such as OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and onsite responsibilities.
  • Drive impactful sales strategies to achieve quotas and foster client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities within the mid-market healthcare provider industry.
  • Collaborate with extended solutions teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
  • Utilize business productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to track sales activities.
  • Conduct in-depth research and relationship-building to understand client challenges and opportunities.
  • Apply strategic sales tactics to engage clients and close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in consultative and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach to sales engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of consultative sales experience in technology services or software.
  • 5-7 years of experience selling managed services such as Network, VOIP, or Cloud solutions.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare provider industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and demand generation processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving client satisfaction.
