Overview

  • Lead new logo sales pursuits in the healthcare sector, focusing on mid-sized specialty providers.
  • Drive recurring revenue by identifying and closing managed services opportunities with new prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to pursue leads and develop client relationships.
  • Engage in consultative sales approaches to uncover client needs and challenges.
  • Utilize business productivity tools to track sales activities and pipeline data effectively.
  • Focus on enhancing operational efficiency and improving patient care through tailored solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of healthcare provider needs through research and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the growth of the healthcare business unit by achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate new logo opportunities within the mid-market healthcare provider segment.
  • Identify client needs, pain points, and budgets to propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with solutions teams to develop compelling proposals for opportunity closure.
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and LinkedIn for sales tracking.
  • Engage in strategic sales tactics such as MEDPICC and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Maintain a consultative approach to build strong client relationships.
  • Achieve sales quotas through effective demand generation and consultative selling.
  • Contribute to the client’s growth by shaping current and future deals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of professional consultative sales experience in technology services or software.
  • 5-7 years of experience selling managed services around Network, Security, VOIP, or Cloud.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare provider industry.
  • Proficiency in sales tactics such as Sandler, Miller Heiman, and Challenger.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills for solution-based selling.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
