Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop responsive web designs, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance user engagement.
• Lead UX/UI initiatives, focusing on accessibility and user-centric design improvements.

• Prepare production-ready files for seamless print and digital publication processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and video production techniques.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and collaborative environments.
