Job Description

Overview

  • Drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts in the commercial glass and glazing service market.
  • Focus on generating service opportunities including storefront repairs, emergency board-ups, door hardware repairs, and glass replacement.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, dispatch, and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth.
  • Establish trust-based relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication with clients.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and performance metrics to support leadership initiatives.
  • Leverage technology and data to improve prospecting efficiency, customer engagement, and pipeline visibility.
  • Participate in operational meetings to align on scheduling, service capacity, and customer priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, customer experience, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial service opportunities across targeted markets and industries.
  • Generate recurring revenue opportunities through preventative maintenance agreements and national/regional service partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and position service capabilities effectively.
  • Respond rapidly to incoming customer opportunities and urgent service requests.
  • Establish trust-based relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish territory growth strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Support leadership initiatives focused on innovation, automation, and process improvement within the sales organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of business development experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial service operations and customer expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Experience specifically within commercial glass service and repair operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of glazing systems, storefront systems, entrances, hardware, and commercial building envelopes.
  • Existing relationships with property management groups, general contractors, or facility management organizations are advantageous.
