Overview
- Drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts in the commercial glass and glazing service market.
- Focus on generating service opportunities including storefront repairs, emergency board-ups, door hardware repairs, and glass replacement.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, dispatch, and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth.
- Establish trust-based relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and performance metrics to support leadership initiatives.
- Leverage technology and data to improve prospecting efficiency, customer engagement, and pipeline visibility.
- Participate in operational meetings to align on scheduling, service capacity, and customer priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, customer experience, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial service opportunities across targeted markets and industries.
- Generate recurring revenue opportunities through preventative maintenance agreements and national/regional service partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and position service capabilities effectively.
- Respond rapidly to incoming customer opportunities and urgent service requests.

- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish territory growth strategies and revenue objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of business development experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial service operations and customer expectations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Experience specifically within commercial glass service and repair operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of glazing systems, storefront systems, entrances, hardware, and commercial building envelopes.
- Existing relationships with property management groups, general contractors, or facility management organizations are advantageous.
