Job Description

Overview

  • Drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts in the commercial glass and glazing service market.
  • Focus on generating service opportunities including storefront repairs, emergency board-ups, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, dispatch, and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Position the client as the preferred provider for commercial glazing service solutions through strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage technology and data to improve prospecting efficiency and pipeline visibility.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site responsibilities to maximize market coverage.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial service opportunities across targeted markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Respond rapidly to incoming customer opportunities and urgent service requests.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and position service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish territory growth strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of awarded work from sales to operations teams.
  • Assist with strategic account planning and large client development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial service operations and customer expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Preferred experience in commercial glass service and repair operations.
  • Knowledge of glazing systems, storefront systems, entrances, hardware, and commercial building envelopes.
