Overview
- Drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts in the commercial glass and glazing service market.
- Focus on generating service opportunities including storefront repairs, emergency board-ups, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, dispatch, and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Position the client as the preferred provider for commercial glazing service solutions through strategic partnerships.
- Leverage technology and data to improve prospecting efficiency and pipeline visibility.
- Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site responsibilities to maximize market coverage.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial service opportunities across targeted markets and industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Respond rapidly to incoming customer opportunities and urgent service requests.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and position service capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish territory growth strategies and revenue objectives.
- Ensure smooth handoff of awarded work from sales to operations teams.
- Assist with strategic account planning and large client development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial service operations and customer expectations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Preferred experience in commercial glass service and repair operations.
- Knowledge of glazing systems, storefront systems, entrances, hardware, and commercial building envelopes.
