Job Description

Overview

  • Drive strategic account management and new business development for a leading digital marketing company specializing in automotive industry solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client performance and ensure satisfaction through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Utilize expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, and digital advertising platforms to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic market plans to grow business within assigned territories and client portfolios.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide insights and enhance client solutions.
  • Conduct performance reviews with clients to address trends and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to track and manage account performance effectively.
  • Monitor at-risk accounts and implement action plans to mitigate cancellations and improve satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and communicate insights to clients to establish credibility.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and support sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ticketing systems like Jira preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
