Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred for this leadership role.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive landscape, and business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership experience at a director level or higher, showcasing strategic vision and team management.
